There are a lot of promising startups in CEE. They do not lack original ideas or first-class technology. Smart founders have no problem getting money from investors. And the really good ones can kick up sales and start generating significant revenue.

But at a certain moment, they discover they have to change a lot to scale up and grow. Professionalize the company, hire more people, set up processes, and start working like a well-oiled machine. The creation of a clear marketing strategy is a necessary condition for this process of maturation. Precisely defining the target group of customers and definitively determining the company’s position in the market is essential. On top of that, it’s needed to think deeply about the definitions of product, pricing, distribution, and communication policies. To stop doing things the punk way and set high-level strategy in stone. Simply doing things that there was no time for before. That's what we can help with.

Through several workshops and intensive data mining within the company, we can guide you through the process of creating a bulletproof commercial strategy. And then we will write everything down for you in the Marketing Foundation - a document that will become your indispensable navigator, beacon, and anchor on the way from the red ocean through the blue one and even to the land of fabulous unicorns.
