Aaron Staley

Aaron Staley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aaron is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Disruptive Solutions, LLC, where they lead a team of Cyber Security professionals in delivering technology services and solutions. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director at the National Defense Cyber Alliance (NDCA).

Aaron has also held ownership positions at CST Ventures, Still Pond Farms, LLC, and Staley Consulting Services, JV Broker. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Aveshka, Inc. and served as the Senior Vice President. Aaron was also a Director of Human Capital at Aveshka, Inc. before leaving in 2022.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Aaron worked as a Senior Intelligence Recruiter at BAE Systems, a Resource Manager at Signature Consultants, a Regional Manager at CACI, International, and a Security Analyst (Consultant) at Computer Sciences Corporation.

Aaron Staley attended Radford University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their primary fields of study were Political Science, Spanish, and Criminal Justice. In June 2017, they also obtained a certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from Quality University.
