Owner and director, Lucy Henry-Hicks comes from a family of fashion retailers and has been in the business since a young age. In 2020, Lucy became the Director of DISSH and led the brand through a major evolution, soaring the brand to new heights through global expansion, re-defining the design and manufacturing processes and cultivating the online presence to connect with a diverse and inclusive community.

DISSH has grown rapidly and we now have a team of 150 people across Australia. Our vision is to empower women globally and this starts at DISSH HQ - our employees are mainly women, all doing amazing creative work to build exciting opportunities and help the brand thrive. We hope our customers are empowered when they wear DISSH, finding a brand that speaks to their values and helps them dress for who they are. The Digital and Ecommerce Team at DISSH is responsible for driving the brand's online presence and digital growth. This team manages the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers. They spearhead digital marketing campaigns, analyze consumer data to optimize online strategies, and enhance digital product offerings to align with DISSH’s brand vision of empowering women globally. Through their efforts, they help the brand connect with a diverse and inclusive community, advancing DISSH’s global expansion and online success.

Digital and Ecommerce Team

The Marketing and Brand Management team at DISSH is responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across various channels. This team, including roles like the Brand Manager and Head of Brand, ensures the brand's identity and ethos are consistently communicated. The Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Coordinator + Influencer Manager collaborate with external partners and influencers to amplify DISSH's reach, while the Social Coordinator manages the brand's online presence to foster a strong, inclusive community. Together, they work to empower women globally by connecting them with DISSH's bold, modern, and seasonless designs.

Marketing and Brand Management

The Customer Service and Operations Team at DISSH ensures a seamless shopping experience for our customers by managing online services and returns, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support. Led by the Operations Manager, this team is integral in maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
