Jon M. possesses extensive experience in critical care, healthcare training, and emergency services, with a career spanning over three decades. From 1994 to 2014, Jon worked with healthcare and public safety organizations, honing skills in critical decision-making and teamwork during high-pressure situations. As a 1st Lieutenant in the Army National Guard from 1990 to 1998, Jon demonstrated leadership and personnel management while serving as a proud veteran. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Jon served as a Customer Trainer and Training Specialist at Intuitive, excelling in managing training programs for surgical systems.
