Jeff Paluck

Jeff Paluck has over 15 years of experience in engineering roles. Jeff is currently employed as a Software Test Engineer at DISTek Integration, Inc. since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Controls Engineer at IFP from 2019-2021. Before that, they were a Design Engineer, Production Engineer, and Senior Engineering Technician at Voltage Multipliers Inc. from 2006-2019. During their time as Design Engineer, they developed embedded software for dsPIC microchip microcontroller for pure digital x-ray power supply to reduce size and cost and increase functionality over current analog only designs. Jeff also developed custom test and control software with LabView for automating test processes of power supplies and maintained and updated custom C++ test software to meet ISO9001 and MIL STD test procedures. As Production Engineer, they automated a 1000C vacuum furnace with a Micrologix 1400 PLC and a LabView HMI for semiconductor manufacturing process, updated procedures and documentation for assembly processes to improve product quality, and used FMEA process to establish corrective actions and procedure changes for established products. As Senior Engineering Technician, they performed failure analysis on customer returned products and in-house failures, tested prototype parts and helped develop testing procedures, and designed test fixtures to eliminate production failures.

Jeff Paluck attended DeVry University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering.
