Maureen Lefebvre has 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. Maureen began their career in 1997 as a Co-op at General Motors, where they performed and supported 3 cooperative learning assignments for the truck group and designed a torque error-proofing system for Pontiac East Assembly. In 1999, they joined DaimlerChrysler as a Design/Release Engineer, where they collaborated with engineering teams to craft and implement product design, release, testing and validation, as well as final deployment and support for Dodge Challenger and 300C/Charger models. Maureen then moved to Chrysler in 2007 as a Resident Engineering Body Team Lead, where they led a 3-person project team with extended resources from cross-functional engineering/manufacturing disciplines. In 2009, they joined Volt Workforce Solutions as a John Deere Manufacturing Engineer and Supervisor, where they spearheaded a continuous improvement team within the Wheel Department. Finally, in 2010, they joined John Deere as a Drivetrain Design Engineer, and in 2020 they took on the role of Engineering Manager at DISTek Integration, Inc.
Maureen Lefebvre attended the University of Detroit Mercy from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B.Sc in Engineering. Maureen then returned to the University of Detroit Mercy from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a Masters in Engineering.
