Distill is an emerging architecture and development studio in Knoxville, Tennessee, dedicated to crafting timeless, contemporary, and soulful spaces. Our work is primarily focused on contextually responsive incremental mixed-use development, “missing middle” housing, and private residential design. Instead of the traditional model of profit over people, we focus on a triple bottom line: economics, social, and environment to enrich Knoxville's neighborhoods and beyond with resilience and enduring value.
