David Silver is currently the Sales Manager for DoneDeal at Distilled. David has held this position since January of 2019. Prior to this, they were the Inside Sales Team Lead for FCR Media UK & Ireland from March 2011 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for providing solutions-oriented and customer-focused advice to team members, as well as hiring, training, motivating, and upskilling staff for success. David also used software to efficiently plan territories for himself and their team in order to maximize their working day. Additionally, David led by example in terms of consultative selling, customer service, work ethic, hunting new business, and closing in a fast paced environment. David managed teams of 6-8 reps and ensured that they hit their team target of 10k new business per rep per month, as well as their own personal new business target.
Before FCR Media, David was a Sales Consultant for E.P Mooney from October 2006 to March 2009. Prior to that, they were a General Operative for Musgrave from May 2001 to October 2006.
David Silver began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from Technological University Dublin. David then went on to complete a Digital Marketing Institute at the same school.
