Distinctive Patios, LLC was established in 2008 by Rick Hamilton in West Chester, Ohio. Rick had recently retired from Procter & Gamble after a 30 year career where he was an Associate Director in the Global Business Services organization.  For years, as a hobby, Rick had also designed and built a number of beautiful hardscape projects at home and for his family.

Looking for a new outlet for his creativity, business sense, and passion, Rick decided to start a hardscape business with the objective of delivering custom designs, at a fair price and guaranteed customer satisfaction.  Since then, Distinctive Patios has delivered many truly distinctive outdoor living spaces.
