Garth Jensen

Garth Jensen is an accomplished professional in the solar energy sector, currently serving as the Technical Director of Developer Network at DSD Renewables since July 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of DSD Connect, a digital platform for solar project financing and development. Prior to this role, Garth held positions such as Solar Technology Leader at DSD Renewables and Technology Leader at GE Solar, focusing on project development, performance analytics, and technology evaluation in commercial and industrial solar photovoltaic systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Scientist at PrimeStar Solar, Manager of Quality and Reliability at Ascent Solar Technologies, Senior Scientist at ITN Energy Systems, and Senior Scientist at JDS Uniphase, where contributions spanned from thin-film photovoltaic research to product certification and reliability testing. Garth Jensen holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Stanford University and a B.A. in Physics from Reed College.
