Nick Pasco has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and solar development. Nick began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Andritz in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Nick then joined the Syracuse University Industrial Assessment Center as an Energy Engineer from 2011 to 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at SUNY ESF. In 2012, they joined O'Brien & Gere as a Design Engineer and worked there until 2013. Nick then became the New York State Solar Ombudsman at the Research Foundation of CUNY from 2013 to 2014. Following that, they worked as a Project Development Engineer at Apex Solar Power from 2014 to 2015. Nick then joined Green Mountain Electric Supply as an Engineer and Gear Specialist in 2015, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are a Solar Development Engineer at Distributed Solar Development, LLC, a position they have held since 2020.
Nick Pasco obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. Nick attended from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Resource Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energy and Ecological Engineering at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Nick attended from 2010 to 2012.
