Joshua Ansah

Joshua Ansah has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Joshua is currently working at Distributed as a Program Management Office Lead, where they oversee the management of programs within the organization. Prior to this, they held the position of Program Management Office Analyst at the same company.

Before joining Distributed, Joshua worked at Career Wheel as a Project Lead, where they were responsible for leading various projects within the organization.

Joshua also has experience working at Konfidants, where they held several roles. Joshua started as a Projects and Research Associate, where they streamlined communication and stakeholder alignment on multiple projects. Joshua then advanced to the role of Senior Associate, where they tripled the bid success rate and optimized operational inefficiencies. Later, they served as a Project Manager for the Ecobank Fintech Challenge, collaborating with stakeholders to structure training and improve integration processes.

Additionally, Joshua has worked as a Freelance Pundit at RADIO - UNIVERS, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana, and a Writer at Goal.com.

Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated strong project management, strategy execution, and communication skills.

Joshua Ansah has a diverse education history. Joshua completed their Master of Philosophy degree in International Relations and Affairs from Kazan State University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Sociology from the University of Ghana, studying there from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Russian Language and Literature from the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute in 2013-2014. Before entering higher education, they attended Nungua Secondary School from 2006 to 2009.

Joshua Ansah has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some of the notable certifications include "McKinsey Forward Program" from McKinsey & Company, obtained in September 2022, "Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals" and "Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate" from Microsoft, obtained in June 2021, and several LinkedIn certifications such as "Finding Your Introvert/Extrovert Balance in the Workplace" and "Business Intelligence for Consultants" obtained between 2020 and 2022.
