Craig Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Operations Analyst at Distributel since September 2019, Craig has previously held leadership roles at Bell from April 2006 to May 2016, including Team Leader for Network Escalation and Internet Abuse, as well as Team Leader for Technical Support. Earlier in their career, Craig worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Calian Group from November 2001 to March 2006, where foundational skills in technical assistance were developed.
