VP Customer Experience at Distributel

Rob Switzman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rob began their career at Rogers Communications Inc. in 1997 as a Marketing Manager for Wireless Data, where they developed new verticals for machine-to-machine technology. Rob then held various roles at Rogers Communications, including Senior Manager of Business Development, Director of New Business Planning, Senior Director of Convergence & Product Strategy, Vice President of Planning & Development for Emerging Business, and Vice President of Innovation. In these roles, they explored emerging technologies, developed business plans, and collaborated with startups to drive innovation and business growth.

Switzman also worked at TribalScale as an Executive in Residence for Venture Studios and at Datavalet Technologies as a Senior Advisor for Business and Channel Development. Currently, they are employed at Distributel, where they serve as the Vice President of Customer Experience, leading the customer experience function across various divisions. Rob is also responsible for strategic planning and people development. Additionally, they held a previous role at Distributel as the Vice President of Innovation Strategy, where they pursued new channels to market and innovative approaches to enhance the customer experience.

Rob Switzman attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. Rob later pursued further education at the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2000 to 2002, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business.
