Vikramjit Jhass

Vikramjit Jhass has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and IT. Vikramjit started their career as a Junior Network Technician (Co-op) at D-Link in 2014. Vikramjit then worked as an IT Support Technician at M.G.S.M Janta College from 2010 to 2013, where they provided support for workstations, resolved hardware and software issues, and performed upgrades and maintenance. In 2015, they joined D-Link Canada as a Network Technician, where they provided customer service and technical support for D-Link products. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Coextro, troubleshooting internet connections and configuring Fibre activation. In 2019, they became an IT Support Technician at Axess Law, providing on-site technical support and resolving hardware and software issues. Currently, they are working as a Business Technical Support Specialist at Distributel, where they provide technical support.

Vikramjit Jhass pursued their education at Guru Nanak Dev University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued further studies and completed their Master's degree in Information Technology from the same university, spanning from 2007 to 2009.
