Ben Laptad

Ben Laptad currently serves as the Director of Engagement and Director of Programs at District C since October 2021, following a role as Manager of Instructional Design and Instructional Designer at Strategic Education, Inc. from November 2020 to October 2021. Previous experience includes coaching at District C from August 2018 to July 2020 and teaching at Research Triangle High School from July 2016 to June 2020. Ben was also a Teacher/Corps Member with Teach For America from June 2014 to June 2016 and chaired The Big Event at the University of Oklahoma from May 2013 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University.
