Greg Nelson is an experienced educator currently serving as a Humanities Teacher in the Interdisciplinary Pathways Program at Boston Public Schools since June 2019. In addition to this role, Greg is a Clinical Teacher Educator for the Boston Teacher Residency, teaching a graduate-level course on interdisciplinary learning and career pathways. As a Captain and Coach with District C, Greg provides logistical support and mentorship to students during hands-on learning experiences. Greg's commitment to youth education also extends to a role as a Youth Educator with the Urban Farming Institute of Boston, which involves curriculum development and program management. Greg holds a Master's of Education in Secondary English from UMass Boston and two degrees from Boston College, one being a Master's of Arts in Philosophy and the other a Bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy.
