Mel Wright

Mel Wright is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, tax preparation, and community engagement. As the owner of The Wright Village, a co-incubator space for Black and Underrepresented entrepreneurs, Mel actively fosters a supportive environment for ambitious individuals seeking growth. In addition to managing Wright Stop, which serves as a seasonal tax preparation business for over 250 clients, Mel contributes as a Partnerships Board Member for District C, connecting students with diverse business partners. Prior roles include credit consulting, brand ambassadorship, and significant experience in tax preparation management and emergency dispatch. Mel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and multiple certificates in business-related fields.
