District Homes is a team of dedicated, diverse, and talented real estate professionals that combines decades of collective experience backed by a modern and innovative technology approach. Our singular focus is on our clients, delivering highly personalized experiences 一 with a keen strategic mindset and attention to detail 一 during one of the biggest transitions of their lives. The fact that each neighborhood of Berkeley and the East Bay represents distinct markets demands the insights and care from our agents with deep knowledge of the local landscape. As top producing agents in the East Bay, we are proud to have helped so many in their journey here, with professionalism and a sense of humor, and we value the trust our clients place in our relationship.

As of 2024, District Homes has reached over $1 billion in sales. Individually, our agents conduct an average of $20 million in transaction volume each year placing them among the most productive — and most experienced — agents in the area. We are the highest-volume real estate company of our size in our market, among the top 10 in California and the top 20 in the United States. We are boutique, but we are not small.

District Homes, Inc. is a woman-owned and operated business, partnering with the brokerage firm Side, Inc.
