Jerry Chiang

Jerry Chiang is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in the entertainment and tech industries. Currently serving as the General Counsel at DistroKid and the Legal Advisor and Investor at Origin Media, Chiang has previously held senior legal positions at companies like Napster, Apple, and Amazon. With a JD with Honors from the University of Washington School of Law, Chiang also has experience in academia, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law. Jerry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table in their role as a Limited Partner at The Crocodile Seattle and their previous roles as General Counsel at Experience Hendrix, L.L.C. and as an Associate at Stoel Rives LLP.
