Rick Ardts

Rick Ardts is an experienced professional in the Oil & Gas sector, currently serving as the CEO and Owner of Ditio | The Project People since March 2011. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant at Vitae from January 2010 to March 2011, focusing on the Oil & Gas specialization. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Consultant Engineering at Manpower Professional from October 2004 to January 2010, where Rick was instrumental in establishing a new office, building client networks, and managing contracts. Rick also worked as a Project Engineer with Gemeente Den Haag for a brief period in 2004. Rick Ardts holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Business Administration from De Haagse Hogeschool, along with additional qualifications in project coaching and management.
