Lea Conrad

Lea Conrad is a seasoned professional in governance and strategic advisory roles, currently serving as the Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Social & Ethics Committee at Coronation Fund Managers, as well as Chairperson of the Mpact Foundation Trust. Additional positions include Board Member at Shared Interest, Chairman of Ditiro Capital, and Independent Non-Executive Director at Mpact Limited, where Lea is also part of the Social & Ethics Committee. As the Managing Director of Conrad Advisory (Pty) Ltd since 2016, Lea focuses on developing innovative strategies for organizations. Lea is also independent trustee and chairman of the Afrimat BEE Trust and holds a leadership position as Independent Non-Executive Director at YEBOYETHU LIMITED (RF). Past experience includes serving as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at Unisa Enterprise, and as Independent Trustee for the Oceana Group Empowerment Trust. Educational qualifications include an LLB from Rhodes University and executive programs from Wits Business School and the University of the Witwatersrand.
