Joyce Capacillo has extensive work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Joyce currently holds the position of Broadband Business Unit Head at DITO Telecommunity Corporation since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Director at Asian Institute of Management from 2021 to 2022. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Head of Marketing Department at Metrobank, where they played a key role in brand building and developing marketing strategies for various products and services. Joyce also has experience as a Marketing Director at Globe Telecom from 1996 to 2008, where they launched and relaunched several brands and collaborated with teams on marketing programs. Joyce started their career as a Brand Manager at Philippine Cocoa in 1989, where they successfully drove revenue and market share growth for the Goya and Keans chocolates. Prior to that, they worked as a Group Product Manager at Metrolab Industries Inc from 1993 to 1996.
Joyce Capacillo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management at De La Salle University from 1981 to 1984. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in "The Marketing of Cool" from LinkedIn.
