Aaron Leopold

Aaron Leopold has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Aaron recently joined Ditto as a Full Stack Engineer in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lumen Technologies as a Software Engineer from January 2022 to October 2022.

In 2021, Aaron had an internship at Lumen Technologies as a Software Developer, where they built UI components using VueJS, studied enterprise-level application development concepts, and contributed to a Java Spring web service.

Before that, Aaron worked at the Florida Museum of Natural History, where they held two positions. As a Software Developer from December 2019 to June 2021, they led the transition to a relational database management system, created a React UI component library, and built a REST API. During their internship at the museum from June 2019 to December 2019, they implemented a standardized formatting system for data, automated data collection and processing, and developed software in Rust for image analysis.

Aaron also has experience outside of the tech industry. In 2016, they worked as a Day School Teacher at Congregation B'nai Israel.

Aaron Leopold has pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida. Additionally, they have also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the same institution.
