Arthur Silva

Arthur Silva has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering, spanning over a decade. Arthur is currently employed at Ditto as a Senior Software Architect, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Arthur worked at Spotify as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2019 to April 2023.

Before joining Spotify, Arthur was associated with Simbiose Technology Ventures as a Software Engineer, where they played a pivotal role in developing the company's Data Management Platform (DMP) processing pipeline and lead the development of the Real Time Bidder (RTB) system. Arthur worked at Simbiose from April 2015 to February 2016.

Arthur also co-founded Pingnic, where they served as a Co-Founder and Software Engineer responsible for developing the company's cloud backend system. Arthur also developed the company's mobile application for Android OS. Their tenure at Pingnic lasted from 2013 to December 2015.

In addition to these roles, Arthur has gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer at Figlabs Healthcare Innovation, where they developed the cloud backend system for the telemedicine platform. Arthur worked at Figlabs from August 2014 to March 2015.

Arthur's career started with internships at The Climate Corporation and Algar Telecom. At The Climate Corporation, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern, developing caching and compression modules for the multi-dimensional raster database. At Algar Telecom, Arthur served as an R&D Intern.

Arthur also has teaching experience at UFU - Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, where they worked as a teaching assistant for courses such as Computer Graphics, Energy Conversion, Software Engineering, and Programming Methods and Techniques.

Throughout their career, Arthur has gained expertise in various technologies such as Python, Java, Flask, Redis, MySQL, Android, Django, PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, Amazon Glacier, Clojure, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, and more. Arthur has proven skills in payment systems, data management, backend development, and software architecture.

Arthur Silva has a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU, which they obtained from 2008 to 2014. Arthur also attended the University of Washington from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering with a field of study in Computer Engineering.
