Toby Wilds

Toby Wilds is an experienced product manager and engineering professional with a proven track record in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Ditto since October 2024, Toby previously held the positions of Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Prolific from February 2023 to October 2024. From July 2018 to February 2023, Toby worked at Couchbase, initially as a Site Reliability Engineer before transitioning to Engineering Manager for Site Reliability Engineering, where Toby focused on observability and incident response. Additionally, as a Technical Product Manager, Toby managed Couchbase Capella, providing product direction and technical expertise.
