Marisa Lacey

Marisa Lacey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marisa began their career as a Project Manager at The Boon Group in 2003 before transitioning to a Student Life Coordinator role at Austin Community College in 2005. Marisa then joined St. Edward's University in 2008, where they held various positions, including Assistant Director - Student Life, Associate Director - Student Life, and eventually Director of Orientation & Student Transitions. During their time at St. Edward's University, Marisa demonstrated strong leadership skills and oversaw various programs and budgets. In 2018, Marisa joined DivaDance® as the National Director of Client Experience and later served as the Co-Owner. Currently, Marisa holds the position of Chief Community Officer and Executive Director and Managing Partner at DivaDance®.

Marisa Lacey obtained a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Texas State University in the years 1998 to 2002. Marisa then pursued a MS in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St.Edward's University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their higher education, Marisa attended Pflugerville High School from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Organizational Learning and Development, Recruiting Foundations, Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2018 and FEMA Incident Command System from FEMA in 2016.
