Audrius Grušnis

Audrius Grušnis has extensive experience in various leadership and entrepreneurial roles. Audrius is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board and Mentor at OMG Bubble Tea since November 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Divaks and held the role of Chairman of the Board since July 2019. At Divaks, Audrius led the company's growth in sustainable nutrition ingredients and successfully closed multiple investment rounds.

Before their involvement with Divaks, Audrius founded and served as the CEO of Capital Investments Holding starting from March 2018. Audrius also co-founded Dehidra JSC in July 2015 and held the position of Business Development Director. At Dehidra JSC, they focused on developing freeze-drying technology and vertically integrated farming of high-quality strawberries.

In 2012, Audrius co-founded DAO FAMILY, a real estate and private equity business, where they served as the Business Development Director until March 2018. During their tenure, DAO FAMILY managed assets worth over two hundred fifty million euros.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Audrius had management positions at Telia Lietuva from November 1999 to February 2008 and at Rubicon Prodimpeksas from February 1995 to November 1999 as a part of their professional journey.

Throughout their career, Audrius has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to drive growth and success in diverse industries.

Audrius Grušnis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in the years 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, completing it between 1997 and 1999.
