Wade Ayers

Wade Ayers is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at divcon since August 2025. Previously, Wade held the position of Operations Manager at Caruth Protection Services, LLC from August 2022 to August 2025, and Branch Manager at Waterlogic USA from August 2020 to December 2021. Wade's career also includes a tenure as Vice President of Maintenance at Perfect Finish Landscaping from May 2017 to August 2020 and Commodity Manager at PACCAR between February 2013 and May 2017. Wade's background in the military as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Craftsman in the United States Air Force from March 2004 to March 2010 highlights a strong foundation in operations. Academically, Wade holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and two Associate's degrees, one in Accounting from the American Public University System and another in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
