Christopher McCormack

Christopher McCormack is the Chief Financial Officer at DivCore Capital, the parent company of DivcoWest and LoanCore Capital, since 2022. They previously served as a Senior Advisor in the U.S. Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office from 2021 to 2022 and held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at LoanCore Capital, LLC from 2008 to 2021. McCormack's early career included roles as a Bond Structurer at Deloitte & Touche Tomatsu Services Inc. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and they were the Head of Real Estate Capital Markets at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 1998 to 2008. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Northeastern University.
