Ran Mor has a diverse work experience in the fields of photography, product management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. In 2021, they became the Head of CRM and Product Manager, Loyalty & Retention at Exactius. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder, UW Photography Instructor and Trip Leader at Dive and More from 2015-2021. From 2014-2015, they were VP Product and Marketing, UW Photo Expert at Mozaik Underwater Cameras. In 2020, they founded Kickstart YOU, a holistic digital agency. In 2018, they co-founded MyDivePro, a company focused on connecting divers with dive professionals. From 2008-2012, they ran Ranmor Photography, a personal brand for photography related projects. Additionally, they were a Photography Course Director & Instructor and CMO at The Student Hive from 2012-2018.
Ran Mor obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2009 and 2012. In 2015, they obtained a Divemaster (DM) certification from PADI.
