Alejandro Leal

Alejandro Leal is currently a Project Manager at Divelement Web Services. Alejandro has previously worked as a Lead Project Manager at Coppel S.A. de C.V. from November 2016 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for guiding and facilitating the work of their multidisciplinary team, maintaining a continuous pace and constantly implementing agile methodology such as Kanban and Scrum. Alejandro also coordinated with the PMO team and product owner to develop work plans and schedules in order to guarantee timely deliveries that meet and exceed expectations. Additionally, they were in charge of managing the necessary resources (technology) with the corresponding areas for the development of new architectures (servers, networks, frameworks, etc.) that would ensure optimal performance of the applications their team was working on.

Prior to their role at Coppel, Alejandro worked as a Lead Project Manager at Vía Procesos from June 2015 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading project teams and ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget. Alejandro also developed processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Before their career in project management, Alejandro worked as a Human Resources Manager at RedRabbit MX from September 2013 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, training, and development of employees. Alejandro also created and implemented policies and procedures related to human resources.

Alejandro Leal has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Universidad de Occidente. Alejandro also has certifications in UX ninja and MOPROSOFT nivel 2 Proceso Administrado from Dev.F. and NYCE respectively.
