Joe Fuller

Joe Fuller is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and training, currently serving as an Independent Contractor-Instructor Trainer at Diventures since May 2022, after previously working as an Independent Contractor - Scuba Instructor at the same company from April 2018 to May 2022. Prior to his role at Diventures, Joe held various positions at John Deere from May 2019 to September 2020, including Enterprise Sensor Team Leader, where responsibilities involved leading a team to develop enterprise-wide sensor solutions and managing team member development. Joe also held multiple roles at John Deere related to engineering and project leadership, including Design for Six Sigma Black Belt and Global Tractor Systems Engineer. Earlier in his career, Joe worked as a Co-op Student at Bayer from 1996 to 2000. Joe holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and a degree in Systems Design Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
