Valeri Korobov

Senior Developer at Diveplane

Valeri Korobov has worked in the software engineering industry since 2001. Valeri began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Junior Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer for the Corporate Vehicle Simulation Program (CVSP). In this role, they were the lead software developer and solution architect for a vehicle simulation program to predict fuel economy and performance of existing and future vehicles. In 2008, they moved to Rockwell Collins, Simulation and Training Solutions, where they were a Senior Software Engineer developing software for commercial and military flight simulators. Valeri was also the architect and lead developer of HLA solution for E-2D Tacics Trainers. In 2018, they joined Diveplane Corporation as a Senior Developer. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing proprietary machine learning algorithms, data synthesis, anomaly detection, and clustering.

Valeri Korobov received their Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in Solid State Physics and Math from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 1980 and 1988. Valeri then went on to earn their Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University between 1993 and 1998.
