Divergent Emergent CIC is a neurodivergent-led social enterprise supporting creative, disabled, and neurodiverse talent to thrive on their own terms. We co-produce innovative training, media, consultancy, and employment pathways with lived experience at the centre — challenging ableism, disrupting the status quo, and proving that different doesn't mean less.

From film to policy, poetry to prototypes — we help creative misfits find paid work, real visibility, and radical belonging.

📍Based in Swansea, working UK-wide
