Divergent Works provides ADHD coaching and mentoring for teens, adults and families seeking structured, neuro-affirming support.

Founded by Paul Vandeleur, the practice brings together lived experience and evidence-informed approaches to help individuals better understand how their mind works — and build tools that translate into everyday life.

Sessions are collaborative and designed to reduce overwhelm while strengthening focus, organisation, motivation and emotional regulation — without pressure or labels.

Based in Sydney and working online, Divergent Works supports individuals navigating school, university, work and family life with ADHD and related executive functioning challenges.
