Robin Sparkman

Robin Sparkman currently serves as Project Manager and Business Analyst at Diverse Computing, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Robin accumulated over two decades of experience at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, culminating as the CJIS Director, where responsibilities included overseeing the secure use of criminal justice data and directing a division with 318 employees and an annual budget of $64 million. Additional positions held at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement included Bureau Chief and Senior Management Analyst Supervisor, focusing on operational efficiency, compliance, and leadership development. Robin began a career in law enforcement communications with the Town of Lady Lake, Florida, supervising telecommunicators and managing emergency services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Warner Southern and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the College of Central Florida.
