They have also served in high-level positions such as Chief of Information Services Bureau for the Illinois State Police and Staff Inspector for the New York State Police. Their educational backgrounds include degrees and certificates in police management, information technology, and business administration from Northwestern University, Western Governors University, and Herkimer County Community College.
