Thomas Jerstad

Thomas Jerstad is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in construction management, currently employed at Diversified Construction since May 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held similar positions at G4 Construction Management from July 2021 to June 2023 and at Elder-Jones, Inc. from June 2010 to June 2020, where responsibilities included bid package review, subcontractor estimate compliance, contract management, and project scheduling. Thomas also served as a Junior Superintendent, assisting at the Mall of America, and began a career in construction as a Concrete Laborer with Gresser Companies from May 2002 to December 2008. Thomas holds a B.S. in Construction Management and Civil Engineering Materials from North Dakota State University, completed in 2007.
