Ciara Lilly

Ciara Lilly is the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Diversified Maintenance. Ciara has previous experience working in the cleaning industry with The Cleaning Network and owning their own company, Ciara Lilly, LLC. Ciara also has experience in environmental services with Environmental Service Systems, LLC. Ciara is passionate about diversity and inclusion and works to create a more inclusive environment for all employees at Diversified Maintenance.

Ciara Lilly has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Jack Welch Management Institute, a Bachelor in English/Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor in English from Gardner-Webb University. Ciara also has a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Additionally, they have a Minority Business Enterprises Executive Management Program certification from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business and an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard Certification Expert certification from ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association.
