Jim Deck

Jim Deck MBA is an experienced Operations Manager at Diversified Roofing, where they oversee the commercial roofing installation process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, they served as an Operations Excellence Regional Manager and held various roles at Cornerstone Building Brands, including Customer Service Manager and Field Service Manager. Jim began their career with Menards, managing one of the busiest stores in the company, and has also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at NCI Building Systems, Inc. and as an Outside Sales professional at Builders FirstSource/ProBuild. Jim earned a degree from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing an MBA while working over 50 hours a week.
