Mark Volk

Mark Volk has extensive experience in the technology and media sectors, currently serving as a Data Center Technician at General Motors since January 2018 and with Great Lakes Diversified Group since October 2014. In addition, Mark holds the position of President at Star Media Group, overseeing company operations, client relations, and financial management. Previous roles include Field Service Technician at Diversified Design Services, where responsibilities included coordinating data center installations, and Network Technician at InaCorp, focusing on wireless access point installations in educational settings. Mark began a career in the US Army as a Human Resource Specialist, providing customer service and finance support from June 2005 to July 2012. Mark Volk earned an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from ITT Technical Institute in 2013.
