Jack Lally is an Associate with Diversis Capital and is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, and working with portfolio companies to identify and implement operational improvements. Prior to Diversis Capital, Jack was an Associate at Evercore in focused on M&A transactions in technology, media, and information services. Prior to Evercore, he worked at AQR Capital Management and Blackrock. Jack has an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. In his free time, Jack enjoys golfing, skiing, and rooting for the San Francisco 49ers.
