Jim Kitchen

Jim Kitchen has a strong background in product management and sales within the refrigeration industry. Jim started their career in 2000 as a Senior Product Manager at Heatcraft Refrigeration Products LLC and worked there until 2006. Jim then joined Lennox International as a Senior Product Manager for Refrigeration Controls from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they took on the role of Global Segment Leader for Electronic Controls & Services at Lennox International / Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, where they led a successful team focused on sales growth and new product development in the commercial and industrial refrigeration industry. Jim achieved a significant increase in sales and the development of a popular refrigeration controller. In 2015, they joined DiversiTech Corporation as a Market Segment Manager and later became the Product Line Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for driving revenue growth, developing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Jim Kitchen earned their Bachelor's degree in BBA - CIS from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
