We're an Australian-based team of experienced consultants focused on creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces. Since 2009, Diversity Partners has guided more than 750 organisations on their diversity and inclusion progress.

We work closely with public and private sector organisations to undertake diagnostics, create firm-specific diversity and inclusion strategies, and provide inclusive leadership education to Australian and global organisations. We also provide implementation support for short-term engagements.
