The Diversity Study Group Ltd (the DSG) was formed in 2018 and is the first organisation dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace across the global shipping and maritime sectors.

Utilising our unique blend of maritime and DEI expertise, we offer global DEI consulting, benchmarking and networking opportunities for all organisations operating within the shipping and maritime community, including shore based and seafaring employees.

Crest Maritime Mentoring is the DSG's global cross sector mentoring programme, designed to enhance the skillset and knowledge of emerging leaders so that they flourish, stay, and shape our industry for the better.

We are DEI Knowledge Partners to the Global Maritime Forum, and Founding Knowledge Partners to the All Aboard Alliance.
