Carl Halbert

Carl Halbert is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience across diverse organizations. They served in the United States Army for twenty years, culminating their military career as a First Sergeant, where they oversaw the training and welfare of 210 personnel. Following their military service, Carl held key HR roles at Pacific Maritime Association, DHL eCommerce, RailWorks Corporation, and the VA, excelling in labor relations and employee management. Currently, Carl is a member of the Executive Advisory Board at DiversyFund, Inc., and serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.
