Jefté Claro

Jefté Claro currently serves as Chief of Staff at DIVE Studios, a global K-pop media company with over 65 million monthly viewers, where responsibilities include partnering with the CEO to enhance sales, client success, and marketing initiatives. Jefté is also the founder of Lights By and has previously held positions such as Chief of Staff at The/Studio, Label Manager at TMG Records LLC, and Product Analyst at Globo. With expertise in operations, strategic initiatives, and revenue optimization, Jefté has a strong background in financial analysis and business operations from roles at VTEX and other organizations. Jefté holds an MBA in Controladoria e Finanças and a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal Fluminense. Additional international experience includes studies at Instituto Politécnico do Porto.
