Currently serving as the Aruba Revenue Manager at Divi Resorts since August 2005, John has a strong background in revenue management and exchange coordination, having previously held the position of RCI / II Exchange Coordinator & Airline Reservations. Prior to joining Divi Resorts, John worked at US Airways as a Customer Service Agent from August 1998 to August 2005. John holds a degree in Aviation from East Carolina University, along with foundational training from Franklin Aviation Academy.
