Emma Davis

VP, Product at Divido

Emma Davis is a British business executive who is currently the Vice President of Product at Divido, a financial technology company. Emma has over fifteen years of experience in product management and strategy, with a focus on financial services and technology.

Prior to joining Divido, Emma was the Head of Product & Propositions for Money Management & Social Money at Barclays UK. In this role, they led the strategy, development, and management of products, propositions, and services for money management, as well as solutions for banking with friends and family. Emma also built teams that developed and ran aggregation, spend categorisation, money mentors, and money insights along with key protection and controls for cards and payments.

Before Barclays, Emma was the Head of International Development Strategy for World First, overseeing strategy for Europe, the Middle East, India, and the Americas. Emma has also held positions as Global Vertical Owner for Digital Goods at Klarna and Director at Brixton Pound.

Emma is passionate about financial inclusion and diversity in the team and beyond.

Emma Davis has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, and they also attended Westminster School and Tonbridge Girls Grammar School. Emma is certified as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
